Postage/Delivery Costs

Anywhere within Australia is: $10.00 (1 to 3 items), $15.00 (4 to 6 items).  For orders of 6 items or more, please contact us on 0746 380664.  Extra freight may also be charged for heavier items.

Our freight charge for international orders is $25.00.  Extra freight may be charged for heavier items.

You will be notified by us via email prior to shipping if the delivery costs exceeds $25.00 and the product(s) will be sent once customer approval has been given.

Delivery

Depending on stock available, all orders leave our store withiin 48 hours of processing payment.  We do ask that you allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, but in most cases orders are delivered anywhere in the world within 2 - 7 working days.

All orders are sent Australia Post.  If there is a problem with stock availability on certain product(s) in your order, we will contact you to let you know prior to the processing of your paypal account.

Back Orders

If you have been notified that an item is on back order, we will send your item as soon as it becomes available, via Australia Post at no extra cost.

Return Policy

We are happy to exchange wherever possible; goods must not be worn or used and have all lables/packaging still intact.

When goods are returned customer is to pay the postage both ways.

Please include with your return item a note stating what you are exchanging for and a return postage paid parcel for your exchanged item to be sent back to you.  If you are unsure, please contact us before returning an item on 0746 380664.
